Once you have Buffalo Style Rabbit, you’ll never go back to boring chicken again! INGREDIENTS for Buffalo Style Rabbit 1 two-pound rabbit, dressed weight, deep-fried 4 tablespoons butter 2 to 5 tablespoons Frank’s Louisiana hot sauce, bottled (best for authentic flavor) 1 tablespoon white vinegar Celery sticks Blue cheese dressing for dipping STEPS Cook the rabbit and while it is still piping hot, put the browned pieces in a mixing bowl. Ingredients 1 dressed and boned rabbit (6 pounds), cut up 2 teaspoons salt 1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage 1-1/4 teaspoons white pepper 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 cup finely chopped peeled tart apple 2 tablespoons canola oil Directions 1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
