Honey Sesame Rabbit Recipe – Ingredients
24 – 32 oz of rabbit meat, diced or cubed
2 T soy sauce
2 T cooking wine
1 T sesame seed oil
2 t sugar
3 T cornstarch
6 T flour
1 t salt
½ t pepper
oil for cooking

2 T honey
2 T oyster sauce
2 T sweet chili sauce
4 T ketchup
4 T soy sauce
½ cup water
sesame seeds, toasted
Honey Sesame Rabbit Recipe – Instructions
De-bone your rabbit and cut into bite size pieces.
Put rabbit, soy sauce, wine, sesame oil and sugar in a bag and marinate for 1-2 hours then drain rabbit.
Add vegetable oil to a shallow pan on medium heat.
Mix cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper in a large ziploc bag.
In 3 batches, add rabbit to flour mixture, shake gently to coat, and then toss in your frying pan until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
FOR SAUCE: Mix honey, oyster sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce and water in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil then simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
Pour sauce over rabbit pieces and toss.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
